So quiet and relaxing

I really enjoyed my stay here! I walked to work most days, and it was a beautiful experience. The landlord Chuck is such a kind person. Always a smiling face and there to help with any needs. :-)

Awesome studio to rent!

I recently stayed at this studio rental and had a great experience. The layout of the studio is well-designed and modern, making it a comfortable place to stay.The location is safe and convenient, adding to the overall appeal of the rental. The landlord is great and had excellent communication and responsiveness. Overall, I highly recommend this rental!

Very Comforting Place

I have to say that this place is one of the most amazing place I have ever lived in. I have been a travel nurse for a few years and stayed at many different places. As soon as you walk into this place, you will notice everything is placed very thoughtfully. C is truly amazing. He will respect your privacy and make sure you feel comfortable staying at this place. I loved everyday staying here. This place has everything you need and C will provide you if you need anything at all. If I could come back to this area, I will love to come back to this place without any hesitation. I am very thankful that I got to experience this really good place and the host while I was away from home.

Amazing Stay and Landlord

Just wanted to start off by saying if you are able to rent from Mr. C, your experience staying will be perfect. The pictures doesn't do the place justice. Clean, spacious and quality finish. C is super responsive and extremely accommodating. He always wants to make sure you're comfortable and asks if there's anything else that can be done to make the place travel friendly. Super friendly and communication has never been an issue. As someone who works nights, sleep is really important to me and the bed is so comfortable. Centrally located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The bathroom is stunning and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lots of closet space as well. You're lucky if you're able to stay at his place as the property itself is gorgeous and on top of that an awesome landlord!
