Great Experience!

Came to DC for the first for my job and I came across this stylish basement home where I lived for 2 months. It was a new experience that was extremely pleasant. Kevin and Ashley took the time to show me around and answer any questions/concerns and were easy to reach throughout my stay. They did an amazing job with the decor and making it comfortable. I loved how safe I felt living there and the neighborhood was a plus (very residential), which made my 20min walk from and to work very nice. If I ever decide to come back to DC for work I will stay here again as it was the perfect home away from home.

This apartment was perfect! The apartment is in a great location, close to the hospitals and a great place to walk around on a day off. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and safe. Kevin and Ashley were great! They were so communicative and helpful with questions about the area. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Apt

I traveled to the DMV area for work and I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was clean and nicely decorated with perfect lighting. I felt safe and comfortable, and the place came equipped with everything that I needed. Additionally, the landlord was professional, kind, and responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

Cozy Living Space

My stay here was all around comfortable and enjoyable. The area was good and location was close to everything. Parking was convenient, never was too noisy, good security system, apartment had everything that I needed, and K and A were always responsive and helpful when needed. Highly recommend staying here!

I loved staying here. Walking distance to Childrens National. 12 min walk to the nearest metro. Close to great bars and restaurants in Shaw and U Street. The apartment is beautifully done in a quiet neighborhood. K and A are kind, wonderful landlords! Highly recommend staying here
