Small rear apartment

This is for the very small rear unit. Cons: There was not a table and chairs as pictured. Couldn't control heat and air controlled by window units. The unit could have been cleaner (hair/shower curtain) Pros: Manager K was very responsive and the bed was comfortable.

Cozy and quaint

I really enjoyed my stay here. As a female I felt safe and loved that the location is so close to many cool spots downtown. The space was clean and tidy and the property manager K always responds to questions or concerns in a timely manner.

Travel RN

Myself and another travel RN stayed at this property for 6 months. Its in a good neighborhood and only a couple of mikes from IU Health hospital. Our only complaint was the bathrooms were small. Whenever we had a question or concern, K was quick to respond and took care of it. We enjoyed our time here.

This was a great place to stay! Close to the hospitals and down town. Had everything we needed. Quiet, safe place. And K is the best land lord ever. If you need anything he is on it asap. Great stay! Would definitely stay again!!!
