Accommodating Landlord

My fiance and I were transitioning to move to Sacramento from South Carolina. We stayed here for 3 months with my Shiba Inu. Josh was incredibly accomodating during our transition from the moment I arrived to Sacramento he was very helpful. Anything you need he will do evereything he can to help. The location was very convienient for work, you are right off the highway. It is definitely cozy for two people, but we enjoyed it! Appliances work great. There is extra space in the basement if you need it. There are bikes in the basement if you want to borrow and explore downtown. I advise anyone who stays to be careful when ordering packages. It will get stolen if left unattended for too long. Otherwise very safe, I walked my dog around the neighborhood all the time.

Great host, clean apartment, good amenities

Josh was an incredible host. From day 1 he was able to accommodate my extra needs. He is very responsive and willing to help with anything, very proactive host, couldn't recommend renting from him enough. The rental unit was great, everything worked from day 1. It was clean. AC/Heater works great. Indoor layout does the best with the space. The only minor issue is noise from the street is noticeable from the living room. No problems with noise in the back bedroom when it comes time to sleep though. All in all I enjoyed my stay for 2 months, 8/10 would recommend. Thanks Josh!

Great host, great location

Location is pretty great, easy to get on/off freeways, and close to lots of great areas: Midtown, East Sac, Broadway, and more. The host, Josh, is super hospitable, great communication, easy to work with, and attentive. The place itself had everything we needed for our short stay, ample parking, laundry, a yard, and some storage place. Would definitely rent again.

J is an excellent host and always accessible. House has everything you need for an extended stay. Convenient to bike everywhere in midtown.

Excellent host very communicative. Space has everything needed for a long-term stay. Safe, covered, locked garage for the car, onsite laundry, full kitchen and bath, and a very comfortable bed. Strong Wifi connection. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Great neighborhood for morning jogs and evening bike rides. highly recommend the space.
