Spacious City Life

B's unit was wonderful for me and my husband and dog! Very conveniently located by SSM SLU hospital. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. This was the upstairs unit in a private duplex, so be prepared for a flight of stairs. The bathroom was a little small, but had a nice storage closet as well as wall storage. Good water pressure in the shower. Fairly stocked kitchen, though we did use a pan or two of our own. There was a lot of closet space in the bedrooms as well as a large storage closet at the front of the house. The laundry was in the basement (2 flights of stairs). I loved the washer and dryer so much that I made a note of the make and model. Walking distance to restaurants on South Grand as well as Tower Grove Park. Nice neighborhood, and is right next to beautiful Compton Heights. The house is 100 years old, so it had a few quirks, but nothing that affected the quality of our stay, and Brian was very responsive to all of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed this home!
