Stand alone home with all the amenities needed and more. A very thoughtful and meticulous landlord who clearly goes above and beyond. Lighted parking, security cameras, quiet neighborhood and landlord's home on a large lot. K for dogs available. The interior is very well done, two bedrooms upstairs, full kitchen shares W/D. Full size fridge, small dining area, bathroom, and living room complete the downstairs. D is an excellent host, extremely professional and friendly. She welcomed us into her property, making it feel like our home. We had a wonderful year there and would love to stay there again if assignments were in Louisville. Absolutely zero issues there and with a friend like D, your stay will be as memorable as ours.
