Wonderful!

If you are looking for a two bedroom in Hilo, snatch this one up now! I feel so fortunate to have been able to rent here for one yr. Ian and property manager C are great to wrk with. Compared to the online pics, the apartment looks much better in person. It is easy to keep clean and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The grocery stores (Sack n Save and KTA) are super close, I always felt safe here, and neighbors are friendly. It can get a little loud at times from upstairs (sounds like they are bowling/moving furniture) if you are sensitive to that but the noise usually stops before bed time. The beds are comfortable and wrkg at the hospital always wore me out so I never had any issues with being able to have a comfortable nights sleep Lol. I am sad to be leaving such a great place!

This place was beyond perfect for my time in Hilo! Close to work, great landlord who is quick to respond any needs/questions, small pool to cool off in/lounge, easy access to mailboxes and laundry room, walking distance to downtown area. The extra bedroom was amazing to have for visitors, who also loved staying at this place! Can have some commotion upstairs/outside from neighbors, but never had a problem being able to sleep for night shift with a fan on. 10/10 would recommend this place!

I was super lucky to have stayed in this apartment during my time in Hilo! Its in a perfect location, just a few minute commute to the hospital (literally right down the road) and super close to downtown too, within walking distance! The apartment itself had all the basic essentials that I needed. Having two rooms was perfect for when my family came to visit. Laundry was in a separate building but was easy to use (can pay with app on your phone) and was not an issue! The complex also has a small pool which is nice. Neighbors were friendly and respectful. I worked night shift and it could be a little noisy at times but I was still able to sleep well overall! The landlord is kind, accommodating and respectful. The building manager lives on site and is friendly as well. Parking is right outside the building and is convenient. I enjoyed living here and would stay again!
