Chandreka, We will not be returning your $500 deposit because the total cost for us to repair, replace and clean up after you left, totaled $3,347.69, a huge cost and shock for us! $990 - professional cleaning $40 - removal of trash bags scattered on our and neighbors yard $60 - replace bedskirt that had purple nail polish dripped down the side $90 - replace queen comforter that had permanent stains on it $300 - seven additional trash bags, box spring, broken couch removal $800 - replace couch (broken arm and foot) $150 - replace master bedroom box spring $917.69 - repairs by All Around Appliance (this included the dryer which was not your fault but it also included checking out all the appliances). The dishwasher had a broken soap dispenser that has been ordered but the cost and labor have not been included yet. We do not have a price yet on removing the purple nail polish from the wood floor in the second bedroom.
