The Perfect Spot for a Solo Traveler

This was the PERFECT place for my 4 month stay during my healthcare contract. The cottage is charming and cozy, located on a safe and quiet neighborhood street, but only steps away from all the action of Piedmont. Besides the space and location, Mitzi is a great landlord and overall wonderful person to have around and chat with. She respected my space all while checking in and offering recommendations and friendly conversation. I recommend this spot to anyone and everyone who is staying short term or for an extended time in Oakland. Thanks Mitzi!

Comfortable, convenient, quiet

Excellent East Bay location with easy access to the entire SF Bay Area. Walk to Piedmont Avenue with dozens of great restaurants. Cottage has everything - full kitchen/bath/living room. Lots of windows and large sliding patio door for light, yet feels very private. Owner was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about where to go and what to see. Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful cottage living, in the heart of Oakland!

Kaiser Oakland was by far my favorite locale and assignment. Im not saying this because of the hospital, which was ok by hospital standards. My love for Oakland is mostly because of this Furnished Finder gem! The pictures are the exact representation of what this lovely cottage has to offer. It has everything needed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Perfect lighting, attractive decor, comfortable furnishing, all necessary essentials, and so many simple touches that welcome you back home. This beauty is just as lovely outside as it is inside, as it is nestled within an adorable garden. There is an albutilon bush that attracts so many beautiful birds. Hummingbirds were my favorite and most welcomed visitors. The homes owner Ms. M is the true heart of the home. She was instrumental in making me feel like Oakland and her property were truly my home away from home. Shopping and dining on Piedmont just made my stay even better! I cant say enough!
