We stayed here for about 6 months and can't say enough great things about this place! Located on a quiet, dead end street. The house is cozy with lots of space. The master suite is very private. The Florida room is perfect for relaxing outside and entertaining. And only 20 minutes to Tampa international! The hosts are exceptional as well. Can't ask for nicer people or more prompt maintenance if anything goes wrong. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay here and couldn't have asked for a better place. The location is perfect, just a short distance to everything we needed, which made our time there incredibly convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and welcoming, which was something we really appreciated. On top of that, Kelli and Joe were absolutely great, friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience even better. Overall, this was an amazing rental and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath on cul de sac

This was our intermittent home while we rebuilt from Milton. The owners were accommodating and respectful , the neighbors kind. The kitchen was fully stalked with everything we needed for our large family of 6, even our 2 dogs enjoyed our stay because of the fully fenced in back yard. The house was clean and welcoming, just what we needed. Closets in each room really helped keep everything organized,we also really liked the furniture, the dinning room table was large enough we all could eat as a family. The driveway was big enough for 2 vehicles. I would recommend to my family when they come into town. Great find!

Seffner Sweetheart

This property is perfect! It is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is very well kept, and the owners will repair anything in a timely manner. Close to the interstate, so you can be on your way to anywhere sooner. The backyard is fenced. There is also a great, spacious lanai that is perfect for entertaining or a serene evening by yourself. Last but not least, the fact that it is fully furnished is an excellent feature! My family of 6 stayed for 4 months and we were all set with everything we needed. I would highly recommend anyone needing a temporary stay to check this place out.

Very Nice 4 Bed/2 Bath Home On Quiet Cul-De-Sac

Very nice spacious home on large fenced lot with beautiful oak trees on quiet cul-de-sac. Close to conveniences while being out of the hustle and bustle of the city, yet easy access to I-75 and I-4. Owners are wonderful people, so responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. Even picked us up from hospital following my surgery when our car broke down. Also pet friendly. We and our pets loved the large screen lanai. The neighbors next door on the corner are wonderful people and also offered to help with anything if needed. We will definitely stay here again should I find the need to return to Moffitt Cancer Center for treatment. Ive also recommended this home rental to Moffitt for any out of the area patients in need of a furnished home due to their needing extended treatment.

We rented this home on behalf of co-workers needing to be in the area for work. It was great! Just as described in the listing. Owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond. We will definitely stay again!
