Larry Is A Great Landlord

Stayed from Jan-Mar 2026. Fully furnished and the photos of the unit are accurate. Larry was very accommodating starting from assisting with the lease paper work all the way until my lease expired. If I had any questions Larry responded in a very timely manner. The neighborhood is very safe and the fitness area and pools were very accomodating. The surrounding area is close to a shopping plaza which will fulfill all your needs. I was very impressed with my stay and I renewed for next year.

This is an excellent rental. We found the unit to be very clean and the owner was very accommodating. L went out of his way to make us feel welcome and always open for communication if we had any questions. It is a very safe area and we walked to a few close restaurants and used the walking trail right outside the unit. We used the many accommodations that were offered such as the pool and gym. Very friendly and helpful neighbors. I wish that I could give this rental more than just 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Location, Condo and Owners

This condo is everything that you are looking for. First and foremost, the owners are wonderful people. They have gone above and beyond in their renovation. The condo is clean, cozy and comfortable, with attention to detail that will make you want to stay longer or come back again. The complex is safe and well maintained. We have walked the entire complex (apx 4 miles, in about 1 hr), utilized the amenities, ie: clubhouse, heated pools, gym, etc. (well equipped and well maintained also). The complex is located in a superb area. Close to major traffic avenues that put you minutes away from the airport, Jet Blue Park, Hammond Park, Estero, Hertz Arena, the Cape Coral Bridge, US41 north to Fort Myers downtown or south to Bonita Springs and Naples. Plenty of restaurants within a few miles radius with a Publix across the street. All the neighbors were very friendly. Whether you are a traveling medical professional on assignment or snowbirds, you will be totally happy staying at this condo.

Well designed, New, Well equipped, Move in ready!

This condo is so modern designed and brand new interior well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. Although you could find this other places too, the one unique thing it also has to offer is the absolutely best neighbors ever! We made new friends for life here. It is quite and plenty of outdoor activities to include pickle ball, a gym, 2 pools, tennis courts, fishing pond with occasional Gators there. You will not go wrong booking here!
