This is a 2 bed/1 bath basement apt, fully furnished and private entry. Nice subdivision and close to the Hospital in Braselton (7 miles from my home). The Hospital in Gainesville is 12 miles. Full kitchen with dining room and a washer/dryer, includes utilities, Wi-Fi, internet and DIRECTV, Close to Universities as well. Dogs okay, no cats. Two spaces for parking. Only two vehicles allowed. This is a month-to-month rental.
Neighborhood overview
Great neighborhood and great neighbors. Nice walking trail around the lake and a community pool. Close to grocery stores and good selection of restaurants nearby. Also, close to hospitals and medical centers. Plenty of areas of interest in any direction, like Atlanta or Helen, Ga. Close to car racetrack and major event each year for those interested in the sport.

Beautiful property on ground level. Nice quiet neighborhood and is very near hospitals that I worked at. My sweet dog was welcomed and the landlord even walked her for me when I was at work, which was very grateful for her kindness. My stay there was delightful; I would highly recommend this property.

Roomy apartment and gracious host
We stayed in this apartment for 3 months while waiting for our home to be built. We had moved from Wisconsin and appreciated the friendliness and welcoming nature of our host. Our dogs had a yard to play in and that was a big relief for us. We had plenty of room and a place to park our car and truck.

Just like home!
Found this beautiful home while traveling for a contract in Braselton, GA. The rental is in a beautiful neighborhood, full amenities, pet friendly, and very close to work. Betty was most gracious, super friendly, and occupied the upstairs part of the home. During the holidays, she made it feel less lonely by sharing her holiday meals with us. In our 7 years as a traveling couple, this was the easily remembered as our favorite place to stay. Highly recommend this rental and it's owner. Looking for an excellent location, with security, on site parking, and beautiful views, this is your next traveling home.

Stressful experience
I stayed for 6 months. I was not allowed any visitors. I didn't enjoy emptying the humidifier 2 times a day. I would work 10 hours shifts and get there expecting to get inside and rest but Betty would be outside waiting to complain about something. I'm convinced she was going through my things. And even though she inspected the property and said everything was fine plus gave me back my deposit, she still left a bad review just to spice up her life.
