I needed a place to stay for a few months during an internship, and this was the perfect place. Cathye is super kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The unit had everything I'd need, which made packing easy. The neighborhood is also safe, quiet, and cute.

Perfect Summer Stay in Birmingham

This was the perfect accommodation for me for three months while I traveled for work. Cathye, the host, is welcoming, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. The convenience of the location, as well as the included amenities such as my own washer and dryer, parking, and private entry were huge pluses. During my stay, the dryer went out; but Cathye offered an immediate solution and had a new one installed within a couple of days. This is just one example of how she went above and beyond during my stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet, perfect for morning or afternoon walks. The unit itself is cozy, has a feels-like-home charm, and is an excellent value. I highly recommend this stay!

Long Term Renter

The host was very kind and accommodating to my complex renting situation. I needed a place for almost a year while at UAB for CRNA school. I had my own place to park, my own washer/dryer, convenient entry through the garage, and plenty of quiet time for study and relaxing. The unit was clean, comfortable, and perfect for what I needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe; I took many a study break to go on walks and runs and never once felt uncomfortable. I think it is an excellent price for the unit you'll be renting.

Absolutely loved my stay!

I absolutely loved my time with C! The property is located in a quiet and established neighborhood, so there were never any noise or safety issues. The apartment itself is super spacious and comes with quite literally everything you could need in a living space. Absolutely loved my time here, and C is very timely with responses and getting you assistance if need be!
