Perfect stay for my 3 month externship
I lived with Deb and her precious dog Sassy during my externship at VA Monterey. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to clinic and the bike trials to the beach were very nearby! Deb is a wonderful person and always made sure to keep the home very cozy and clean. I miss living there!

Great Place to Rent
So glad I found this place! The host is kind, communicable, and very pleasant to share space with. Room was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured on listing. Shared bathroom (if additional tenant was renting other room) was spacious and as pictured on listing. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Amenities, as listed, were fully functional and in great shape. The location is awesome - I loved being able to walk to Fort Ord State Park, nearby shopping center with Target/food options, and had easy access to Highway 1. Would definitely recommend!
