Staying in PB

Marc was a fantastic landlordeasygoing, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He made the entire stay comfortable and stress-free, always pleasant to interact with and responsive when needed. The unit was great, and his laid-back yet professional attitude made it an easy choice. Id happily stay here again anytime. Highly recommend!

Central but quiet location

Irish cultural exchange student on a summer working and travelling visa. Brilliant location with stores and restaurants a block away and the beach a 15 min walk. Very friendly and helpful landlord with great knowledge of the area. Clean and tidy space with fantastic facilities. Would look to book again when I come back!

Perfect Pad

If you are looking for a sunny peaceful place to go for runs, hit the coffee shop, stretch at yoga, or just take in the sun, this is the right place. The rooms are spacious and each with their own bathroom. Marc is a practiced and respectful roomate/landlord. I particularly enjoyed a well stocked kitchen and a TV with all of the streaming options. 10/10

Amazing clean place, centrally located in pb everything is accessible by walking restaurants/groceries/beach,Also Marc is ez going and was the nicest person that i lived with, Totally recommend it!

Excellent Abode

Awesome stay. Blocks from the beach and centrally located near nightlife, grocery stores and gyms. 5 stars.

Grand room on Grand Ave

Nice room in a cool townhome right down the road from the beach with so much to do within walking distance. M, the owner, is great and super respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing Surf Shack

This abode is tastefully decorated, clean, and even has a patio. It is a six-block bike or skateboard ride to the ocean. If the surf does not look promising, it is only a four-block walk to the bay, which is a peaceful place to clear the mind. There are many bars, restaurants, and venues close to this property. Tenants are easy going, live active lifestyles, and respect each others space. If you end up living here you may even find yourself playing a game or two or N64 Super Smash Brothers. Overall, I highly recommend this home.
