Excellent host

If you are looking for a place with a feeling of 'home away from home', this is the place for you. Russell made sure to take care of me and communicated very well with me. He does his best to stay out of your way and attends to your concerns with urgency. This dwelling is impeccably clean. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area

Quiet, Spacious and welcoming!

R was a lovely host with a welcoming, quiet home, spacious kitchen and having the front half of the upstairs with my own bathroom was a perfect way to wind down after long shifts as a medical student! R was kind, and brought in any packages I had delivered and was very diligent with snow removal, and offered to let me park my car in his garage when helpful. It is an easy commute to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, 20 minutes, and Pepperell is a quaint old farming town near some beautiful hiking trails (Beaver Brook), with some great local diners (check out Frannys!). I enjoyed my stay and was so grateful for R and his kindness in price and flexibility with my schedule. I would easily stay here again, and for longer periods of time!
