House review - rented long term

10/10 experience, clean house with zero issues. Insanely close to downtown willoughby, communicated downtown quick highway access was great. Huge backyard with all the space in the world. Super quiet Nextdoor neighbors, youll have zero issues with loud noise being on a side street. Everything store wise within -10 minutes. Owner is great to work with :)

Nice neighborhood

Stayed there while I worked at a local hospital. It was awesome! Deer in the backyard and easy access to main roads! Highly recommended!

Great property, even better property mgr!

I stayed at D's rental while in Cleveland for work. Im an insurance adjuster so work on the field 5 days a week and WFH the other two days. The location is easy access to all major highways and close proximity to most of the burbs of Cleveland. I like to cook at home and the brand new kitchen made that super easy but when I felt like going out I had access to any type of food within 10-20 minutes. The entire house has recently been remodeled and very clean. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and the brand new security system gave me that extra level of security. All the neighbors were friendly and no issues at all. Metro parks very close by that are excellent for walks along the Chagrin river providing quick and easy breaks from the grind. D was freaking awesome with anything I needed giving some great recommendations. The Chagrin river diner is a must try! Downtown Willoughby is very close with tons of shops and boutiques in the downtown area. I would 1000% recommend this!
