Great Long-Term Stay in San Antonio

I stayed at this house for about eight months and had a great experience overall. The home was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with cooking tools, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and fast, reliable internet. Anytime an issue came up, the owner was extremely responsive and quick to help, which made living there stress free. Communication was excellent, and I always felt supported as a tenant. I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in San Antonio.

Home away from Home

If youre thinking about renting this place, just do it. This place is definitely home away from home. You have your privacy in your room and private bathroom. No issues with the host and was always available if needed. The host is accommodating and will work with you if you have family members wanting to visit, which was highly appreciated. You get some shelves space in the fridge and cabinet. Parking space is provided as well. TV is available inside your private room. Neighborhood is in the process of rebuilding so some parts may look sketchy, but never had any worries or safety issues. I felt safe at all times. If coming back to San Antonio, I will definitely book this house again.

Best Location!

Stayed for a travel contract, shared the space with a very sweet lady who also works in healthcare. We hardly crossed paths cause of her busy schedule and having a private entrance. The place is kept very clean and all the neighbors are very friendly! The location is near the best parts of SA, the Pearl, Southtown, Quarry & Central Market. I was even able to rent out the 2nd bedroom when I had guests over! I would recommend this place to any solo traveler!

Best Time of My Life

Was scared to move here but ended up absolutely loving it! Right next to downtown and a lot of major attractions in San Antonio. Great location if you want to explore the city! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Absolutely perfect stay

Good stay !!!! There is private entrance, coffee machine, electric tea kettle, & Good closet space. Washer and dryer works good. Very close to pearl and Good distance if you are working in downtown.
