Efficiency Apartment In Country Setting

Deposit

I gave the owners $500.00 cash for a deposit. and did not sign a lease, After a week and a half my company offered a better work pkg. so I called her to let her know I wouldn't need the apt. but to return my money less $200.00 for them to keep because of the inconvenience. since then I have not heard from them and no money returned. I have had no choice after many tries to communicate but to file in court. Beware of these people.

entire unit one person or 2?

Country Charm at this eclectic setting. Then 10 minutes away delicious eats and Summerville shopping. 45 minutes away to lots of unique fun beaches! Then for the Charleston horse and carriage tour. Never boring and the best part of this, the land lords! They are my family now. They are extremely resourceful and have tons of ideas of what to do and where to go! I never wanted to leave I wanted to extend my travel assignment for up to a year because of these kind and loving people. They took my problem fur child in and he has never loved anyone but me. Well they loved him and taught him tricks they even won Bonzo my dog over! I am going to miss them and their place but I left with a new family forever. All my Melonie and Bonzo.

Home Away From Home

This apartment is fantastic. It has everything youll need and more to make your stay comfortable. Clean and tidy. The landlords are phenomenal and accommodating. Very sweet and caring people who are looking to give back to travelers and make their stays welcome. Great location to neighboring hospitals, so many things to do. Convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Theres endless possibilities and options! Youll love it here just as much as I did!

Great place!!!

This place is a secret treasure! The apartment is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is huge and made the place even better, but what made this place really amazing are the owners. E and R are the best, very nice, accommodating and so helpful. I work nights and they would help with my puppy to make sure she was taken care of, they are truly amazing!
