Well taken care of

My stay here was exceptional. Having all utilities included in the rent provided a level of predictability and ease that is hard to find. Beyond the logistics, the landlord was incredibly attentive and responsive; I felt fully supported throughout my stay. Whenever a minor issue arose, it was addressed almost immediately with no hassle. If you're looking for a well-maintained space managed by someone who truly values their tenants, I highly recommend this property.

PA-S rotation at St. Chris

Pros: Ideal for someone who needs to Rotate at St. Chris or Temple. Just off of Broad St, Very close to both hospitals and close to both the BSL & a few bus routes. The landlord is very professional and has the house tech'd out. The room is very comfy and spacious. Any time I had a question or issue, the landlord was quick to resolve it! Cons: some tenants do smoke but they do their best to ventilate

very close to Temple university and center city. perfect location with easy access to the city and highways. apartment is very nice and management is very accommodating and responsive! i had a great stay!
