Exceptionally Attentive Landlord

I had an excellent experience staying at Rochelle’s place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained rental. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival. Rochelle goes above and beyond to ensure that all furniture and appliances are spotless and in great condition. She was incredibly attentive and responsive in addressing anything that needed fixing or replacement. The space itself is private, spacious, and peaceful, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Access to the backyard is a wonderful bonus, especially during the warmer months. Beyond the property, Rochelle truly stands out as a landlord. She is one of the kindest and most attentive individuals I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. She consistently goes the extra mile to ensure her tenants feel comfortable and cared for. I genuinely could not speak more highly of both the space and Rochelle as a landlord. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely stay

We have had a wonderful stay so far with at Rochelle's apartment. The space has everything we need with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. The apartment has lots of room and we like the layout. We especially enjoy the table and patio outdoors. The location is great and in a nice neighborhood. Rochelle is an excellent landlord! She is an amazing host, very thoughtful and considerate. She has been quick to respond to any questions or needs. We're so happy we found this sweet little spot for our time in Medford!

Walk to Asante; Beautiful Yard; Spacious

This property is spacious and clean and the yard is well maintained and ready for Spring! I enjoyed the quiet location and the ability to walk back and forth to Asante on sidewalks. Centrally located, it is also very easy to reach the highway for day trips. I found this property to be of high value for the price and the landlord was responsive and kind.
