Best landlords, spacious 1BR, safe neighborhood!

I'm a healthcare worker from the Bay Area who moved to the Bakersfield for a job in September 2023. I was unfamiliar with the area but D and S have been incredibly kind, easy going, and very responsive throughout my almost 1.5 year stay at their lovely casita. I am so sad to be leaving this rental behind as I move back to the Bay at the end of March, because D and S have been the best landlords I've ever had! Not only is the casita a spacious 1 bedroom with a walk in closet, shower and full size tub, W/D in unit, but they also have a relaxing backyard space that includes a pool. They also updated their central HVAC and stove while I've been here which has been an additional perk! Additionally, the neighborhood is very safe and quiet, perfect for evening walks, and plenty of grocery stores and nearby restaurants. Absolutely recommend this rental!

Clean, Spacious, Friendly Owners

My boyfriend and I are both travelers and this was definitely the best furnished finder we have stayed at! Clean, spacious, lots of natural light, fully stocked kitchen, and in a very good/safe area! 5 minutes from multiple grocery stores, a gym, target, and plenty of restaurants! The neighborhood is really nice for afternoon walks and there is also a nice running path as well. The owners are both so friendly and were always available if/when we needed something! They were always quick to respond and get the job done as well. Highly recommend!

Best place I have ever stayed

D and S are 5 Star hosts and the place is beautifully decorated, quite and clean. D and S were like family and we went out to eat together, shared recipes and food. If I am ever in Bakersfield again, I will definitely rent from D and S.

Home away from home

D and S are terrific hosts and I became like one of the family. Nice clean and quiet accommodations. Location is convenient to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. I can t say enough good about the hosts and the accommodation. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here if it is available.
