Highly recommend

Very nice unit in a nice neighborhood. Convenient location just minutes from downtown. Stayed here for almost 3 years. Communication with property manager was great and any maintenance issues were addressed very quickly. Would definitely see if this place is available if I return to Indianapolis for another contract.

Perfect location!

I highly recommend this location for your home away from home. It is located in a perfect location, close to many restaurants and near popular attractions. The home is clean, spacious and has everything you need to make a smooth transition. Neighborhood is safe and quiet (especially considering how close it is to main street). Landlord is very responsive and attentive to any needs.

Great Place to Stay in Indy!

I really enjoyed my stay here during my travel assignment. The place was cozy and had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was safe and convenient, with grocery stores and the hospital just a short drive away. The host was friendly, easy to reach, and addressed any questions/concerns that I had. I'd definitely recommend this place to other travel nurses or anyone needing a comfortable place to stay in Indy :)

This property deserves more than 5 stars!

This Property was amazing!! It is close to downtown Indy and also not far from the hospital that I worked at. The Owner of the property was very attentive and did what he could to fix any issues that we had (which was hardly any). The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe during my entire stay. It really felt like home away from home and if I ever work in Indy again, I will hope I get to stay here again!
