WALK TO MERCY.. 2Bd/1Ba House with Fenced Backyard/Near Mercy & Cox/Pet Friendly

Great place to stay

Had a great stay, u can see Mercy from the house. I did not work at mercy but my job was 5 mins away by car. These place is close to everything. You do have neighbors connected to you, but I only heard them once in a 6 month time frame. I only used 2 rooms, One in the front to sleep and the one set up for an office. The other room was attached to the bathroom. The front room is great fot natutal sunlight on days you don't work. The neighborhood is pretty quite, which I love. I had multiple contract changes and the rental company adjusted accordingly, I would definitely stay here again If im ever in Springfield again.

Perfect Location!

About 2 blocks from Mercy, quiet neighborhood, very clean, black out curtains. Landlords were quick to respond to any questions. Nice fenced backyard for dogs and bonfires. Stocked with the basics until you have time to get your own. Deposit returned by bank account through their management app. Layout of the house is a little odd, one bedroom accessed though the bathroom, but I only used that room for it's closet. Is technically a duplex, with entrances on opposite side of the building, never heard the other tenant. Would definitely stay again if I needed too.

Cute little home

Cute little house in great neighborhood. Renovated well. Responsive rental managers. Only complaint is that we said we would be leaving by Friday night (9th) which was 6 days prior to our contracted and paid date (15th) and management was in multiple times while we were packing and trying to move out and even tried to rush us out prior to end of day Friday so they could move their next tenant in early. It was extremely frustrating. Especially since we had paid out rent for the next almost week and we were moving with an infant. We didnt expect to get our money back by any means but we were extremely frustrated with how we were treated as we moved out. So do NOT say you are leaving early if you decide to stay here. Also your deposit will be returned as a check in the mail instead of a deposit back to you. All rent will be paid through an app that is used for maintenance requests as well. But is literally walking distance to Mercy which was great!
