Clean, Safe and Excellent location

I recently had a nursing contract and OU Medical. This was really close to work, but still close to all of the fun things downtown and on 16th street (popular street) It was super cute, very clean and affordable, plus it had everything I needed. You can tell the host carefully thought out the things that a person would need. He was very responsive and kind. I've stayed at a lot of places but I have to admit that this is by far my best stay! I highly recommend this place if youre working for a few months in Oklahoma City. 10/10!!

Great Stay!

This studio was perfect! The downtown location made my commute to everything a breeze! The apartment was inviting and well-equipped, and the owner was super attentive and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone needing a comfortable place to stay. I will 100% be booking again!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in the heart of Oklahoma City! The home was newly remodeled with stylish and comfortable furnishings, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. The host was highly communicative and attentive, ensuring my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting OKC!

Bugs, Dangerous Neighborhood, Poor Communication

1)The apartment was cute but after the first night water bugs, earwigs, and lizards began to crawl through the drain in the shower and near the wall unit air conditioner, there was bug spray in the cabinet but it was unhelpful and the earwigs even crawled on me while I was sleeping. I would find them on my folded clothes or in the closet. 2) The host says that the best place to park is on the street in front of the entrance but I was involved in a hit and run because of how many people drive through the area. The neighbor who lives across the street beat on my car window after work when I attempted to park on the opposite side where theres more space even though street parking is legal. The person who lives in the other side of the house allowed to to use her driveway but she got a 2nd vehicle and there wasnt enough room for 3. 3) The host had poor communication. The power lock on the door broke and he was unreachable at 7 in the evening, I had to pay for a hotel (he did reimburse half) but stated that I should have waited to get a hotel even though I had to work the next morning. I also had to pay for a locksmith out of pocket because he didnt answer the locksmith for payment when he scheduled them to come. He also will not prorate rent if you move out early even if he moves someone else in and does not care about contract cancellations and will not prorate because no one gets cancelled here. He was nice but I did have a poor experience and I wanted people to be aware!

Great spot!

I stayed here for a contract at OU Health. Close to work and a lot of local restaurants. The other housemates were nice, respectful, and clean. Didn't have any issues. Would definitely stay again if I'm in Oklahoma City!
