Calm, Beautifully Designed Apartment. Apt 5

One of the Best

I had a wonderful experience staying with Ruth at their wonderful estate. As a solo traveler I always felt safe and at peace. They keep their property clean and landscape well-kept which is always a plus. I was offered a bigger place when it was close to becoming available and Ruth went above and beyond to make sure cleaners got me in as early as possible due to my work schedule. That really made me comforted even more. My neighbors were all kind and made sure I received my mail and packages which was also great considering me working third shift. I had everything I needed even black-out curtains in order to sleep in the daytime. This place is near convenient shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is within reach. Thank you Ruth and John for a wonderful experience and your kindness and professionalism. I honestly felt taken care of and I thank you both!

Perfect Cozy Stay!

My stay at Ruths place was very comfortable and safe, I am a solo female traveler and felt entirely safe here. When I initially came to Syracuse I rented an Airbnb that was nowhere near safe enough for me, and ended up leaving and switching to Ruths before my rental there was up. The space here is perfect size for one person. I was doing 3x12 shifts and went back home while I wasnt working, but would sometimes stay extra days just because I was comfortable. She had all the kitchen supplies, TV, cleaning supplies, and linens that I needed while I was there. Ruth is very nice and welcoming, respects privacy but wouldve been happy to chat, and very quick to respond. If I had any issues Im sure they wouldve been attended to immediately. There is a Starbucks, Walmart, crunch fitness, post office, restaurants, etc etc nearby. Would highly recommend this space for any solo female travelers!

I am a traveling health care professional, this is my second time working at a local Syracuse hospital. For my first contract I stayed in downtown Syracuse and never felt safe! And the rental prices in the downtown area are much higher for a lot less living space. Ruth's place is in a really nice neighborhood in Camillus and an easy ,short commute to the downtown hospitals. I stayed in apartment # 4. Very clean and ample living space. Comfortable living room furniture. Good size kitchen area , well stocked with anything you might need ( if you don't find a kitchen gadget you need, ask Ruth, she will find one). Close to several parks, grocery stores, strip malls, and many local restaurants. Ruth is a very gracious and professional host. Would return without question!

I would definitely return!

I stayed here for almost 2 years while on contract with a nearby hospital. R made me feel right at home and available whenever I was in need of anything. My apt was perfect for me, no issues at all, I would have stayed longer if I was able. The area is safe and quiet for this night shifter. R was not only my host but my friend, my home away from home.
