Three Oaks - Loft Apt Near Hospital/Cultural Districts and Downtown Sundance Square

If you are looking for a whole-package rental while you relocate, study, or do travel nursing, I recommend booking Three Oaks Apartment. I stayed 7 months here after a lengthy relocation process to the DFW. Gary & Marci provided a comfortable, quiet, safe, and clean accommodation. Some of the many positives were: apartment was well stocked with all kitchen necessities & appliances, had a comfortable bed, clean throughout, convenient laundry access, fast WiFi/TV, and great parking. The location was great with quick access to highways and Downtown Fort Worth for going to work. Best of all Gary & Marci were the nicest, had quick communication, and worked hard to keep the property grounds clean, safe, and tidy. They both work well as a landlord team and were accommodating and flexible to my needs especially due to my variable Nursing night shift work. My husband and I both felt it was an answer to prayer to find this rental as it was just what we needed until we found a house. They were graciously patient and encouraging throughout the long house-hunting process and even helped with lots of prayer for us! Small unit but very personal and all to yourself. You really do feel like you have full privacy. Owners are great to work with and communicate fast! Parking behind a gate is a huge plus! I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful Private Property!

This place is great! The apartment is plenty of space for a one bedroom, with abilities to do laundry on site. Quick 15 minute drive to nearby hospital district. M and G are so nice and accommodating! I had a flat tire one morning and they filled it up and gave me advice on where to get it fixed. Stay here just for the hosts!!
