Great place to stay
I am from Texas and 'accepted into a 1 year residency. I originally signed a lease with someone but the place wouldn't have been ready before I needed to be in Connecticut. I found this place on FF and Joe was so kind to let me immediately move in and stay until my place was ready. The house is beautiful, clean and quiet. He was there for anything you needed. I would stay here again if I ever find myself back in Connecticut. Thank You Joe

The actual property is amazing. It's truly a mansion with beautiful large rooms in the common area. I stayed in the piano room which was very spacious and comfortable. J was a great landlord...very attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend this property. The only reason I left when I did was because I was getting a new puppy!
