Great

Spacious and clean house! Bruce was an amazing landlord to communicate with and he provided much care for us during our stay. The only downside is it gets really hot during the day, but Bruce provides plenty of fans to accommodate.

Thank you for the kind review. It was a pleasure having you guys. Yes, we have had crazy hot weather the past two years; Santa Rosa set an all-time high record; it's been crazy! We are heading out of summer, so hopefully, things get back to normal. We are very fortunate; however, being so close to the ocean, it generally cools at night. Good luck with your new ventures!

Great Condo centrally Located

This is an incredible rental property. Centrally located near downtown Santa Rosa. Everything is real close. The owner is exceptional, very organized and the place is very clean. The owner is available at all times for any questions. As traveling nurses, my wife and I have rented many places through furnished finders, this is the best. B, the owner, really caters to the tenants. G and S L

Amazing Stay!

We stayed here for almost 7 months and loved every minute of it! The unit itself is updated, clean, and bright to be in. The location is fantastic, with walkability to the downtown area with some incredible coffee shops (BREW) and pizza places (L'oro Di Napoli). The location is also great, for day trips out to San Francisco, Napa, or the Coast. If you are looking for a comfortable stay for your time in the area, I would always recommend this place. On top of everything else, B & M are incredibly responsive and thoughtful. They are always making sure you have everything needed to make the stay truly feel like a home away from home.

Perfect Stay in Santa Rosa

To start, this neighborhood is beautiful. All of the houses have so much character and make for great walks. It is just a few minute walk from downtown, which is a great place to explore, especially when it comes to restaurants. Aside from the convenient location, I always felt safe there. Bruce certainly puts thought into all details from security to design. The newly-renovated unit was so nice that it was hard to leave. There were certainly no corners cut during the remodeling process. B was always reachable and truly cares about his tenants' experience. It almost felt like having a family member close by. He goes above and beyond and I would 100% stay in one of his properties in the future. You won't be disappointed staying here!
