Great Stay
I was here for 6 months through the grudge of WA weather. Loved this place and the owner. Very safe neighborhood with kids playing outside nice folks. It is an upper lower of one house, the ONLY downside is going to be your upstairs neighbor, I was very lucky to be on opposite schedules of her but if not it might be an issue. The landlord is very quick to respond and very attentive with any issues (I only locked myself) but you'll likely have no problems. Very clean and the appliances are up to date, all in all, loved it and would stay again.
