Phenomenal stay!

I am a travel nurse and I stayed in the Casita for 9 months and I loved every minute of it. The Casita is very spacious and has everything you need. Nice high ceilings and lots of natural light. Karlee and Jon are phenomenal landlords. They are both so kind, hospitable, and accommodating. They are very open in communication and respond quickly. Their dog Momo is the sweetest boy and is always happy to say hi. The patio in the back is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after work. I also used the BBQ out there a lot and it was such a great outdoor space. The location of the Casita is great. The neighbourhood is very safe and great for walks. Curtis park and Hop Garden are very close, as well as a coffee shop and other businesses. It's a quick drive or Uber to midtown. If I need accommodations in Sacramento, I hope I can stay here again! I cannot recommend this place more! I was lucky to stay there and get to know their lovely family.

Amazing space and hosts!!

I have been a traveling PT for 10+ years, and this adorable and beautifully decorated rental space is by far my absolute favorite! K and J were the most gracious and thoughtful hosts! The casita is within walking distance of a great coffee house, restaurants, yoga studio, the beautiful Curtis Park and of course Gunther's ice cream! I loved the added bonuses of seeing their sweet four legged fur babes MoMo and Lucy at times, and having the option to pick fresh meyer lemons and oranges from their yard. The outdoor private patio is a great space to unwind after a long day! I highly recommend these amazing hosts and space!!

Amazing Stay

This was an amazing stay, the Casita was wonderful, clean cozy and had everything you needed. I loved sitting outside on the patio and you could walk to so many places it was wonderful. The host were just amazing as well accommodating and so responsive, they checked in on me during storms to make sure all was well, that was so nice. I highly recommend this location for anyone staying in the area, I travel a lot and this was one of my best stays. If I am ever back in the area I am hoping they will have a vacancy for me.

Travel nurse who was so blessed that I was able to find this rental, the neighborhood is super cute, lined with the most beautiful trees, and the casita was such a nice quiet, clean, place.The landlords were so friendly and kind. Its was so close to UC Davis where I was working. So close to restaurants and shops. Right around the corner from my favorite ice cream shop Gunthers ice cream, and walking distance to Curtis park where I loved to walk laps around the park. I absolutely loved staying here, if I ever decided to travel to Sacramento again this would definitely be my number one pick!!!
