BEWARE!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! The owners are rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. They disclosed personal information about me to a neighbor without my consent, including that I was a female nurse living alone. This made me feel very unsafe and was completely inappropriate. It doesn't matter if they knew the neighbor or not, my privacy should have been respected. They have hidden fees that they dont disclose upfront. They charged a pet fee that was not listed, despite advertising as pet-friendly. If you go over certain GB usage you will be charged. All of your internet usage is monitored and every device added onto the wifi alerts them. They document every tiny detail (even down to the number of batteries in devices) just so they can charge you for as much as possible upon departure. Lastly, they entered the apartment before I moved out without my permission or even notifying me. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Beware before booking.

Eagle Street Condo

We are pleased to make this recommendation. We are elderly and my wife is handicapped. This ground level unit and floor layout met our needs perfectly. Our hosts M and L were delightful to deal with and were responsive to any of our needs. The Cherry Creek Lake State Park that is 5 minutes from the condo complex was a real bonus. We also enjoyed very much the seasonal pool and gained some new friends. At night, the complex is well lit and we felt safe walking around. The unit is very clean, well maintained and quiet. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a safe, accessible, clean and fun environment. We hope to visit with M and L again in 2023. Sincerely, D and C Belvidere, Illinois
