wonderful!

This home is so sound. It's cozy. It's warm and it's comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, and the shower was hot with great pressure. There's a nice covered shaded area in the back patio. That was wonderful to sit on at the end of the day. And communication with the owners simple, easy and quick. They are real people and not some corporate entity or a fancy app to have to go through to get anything taken care of. All we needed was a hose to wash our dog and they had it to us within a few hours! Thank you guys for a great stay!!!!

Charming House, Exactly as Pictured

We were unexpectedly displaced from our home due to some flooding with a two month old baby and two large dogs in early 2023. This house was an absolutely lifesaver and a much needed respite during this time. It was clean, well taken care of and very nicely decorated. The owner allowed us to move furniture around and even had additional pieces for us to use to accommodate our newborn and turn one of the rooms into a nursery. She was responsive, kind and also respected our privacy while we were in her home. The street the house is on is fairly busy but its mostly quiet at night and we felt very safe. The pictures are accurate so if this looks like the right temporary home for you I highly recommend it!

Great rental property in Waco, Texas

K was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay at her property. The place is fully remodeled, confortable, clean, and very close to downtown Waco. We highly recommend renting this property. We specially liked the king bed, the cozy living room space and the proximity to stores and entertainment. The internet and cable are very fast and reliable at all times. We never encountered any issues with the property but K was always attentive to our needs and always went the extra mile to make us feel like we were home. Finally, we feel very grateful for the time that we spent there.
