Convenient and Welcoming!

Located near Hilo Benioff Medical Center on a quiet street AND close to downtown/the beach. Has all beach necessities (towels, snorkels, boards, etc). Wendy was responsive and accommodating and checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was in great shape. There were even things for my dog to help him transition to beach living (toys, crate, life vest). Amazing yard and a dedicated parking spot are definitely a plus! Would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Hilo.

Such a Great Find in Hilo

I originally booked a place in HPP, but the traffic was rough, so I wanted something much closer to work. I came across this unit and it ended up being perfect. Its cute, cozy, and being able to walk to work made such a difference. The space is clean and comfortable, the backyard is adorable, and the location is unbeatable. Wendy, the landlord, was amazing and super responsive, which made the entire stay easy and stress-free. Id definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My husband, dog, and myself stayed here for 3.5 months while I was on contract as a nurse at Hilo Medical Center. The house is so close to the hospital that I was able to walk to work! We stayed in the downstairs unit and were happily surprised by how bright and airy the unit is, despite being partway underground. The unit is nice and cool during day and night. Also, Wendy is a great landlord! She was quickly responsive to any issues we had, and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. She also makes an effort to ensure that the downstairs and upstairs neighbors are compatible/work similar shifts if possible. The unit is equipped with everything you need, including extra linens, towels, cookware, blackout curtains, etc. This place was a blessing for us!

An absolute gem

Both property and landlord are amazing. I've stayed in several furnished finders across hilo and Ke'aau at various price points, and wendys home was by far the best experience. It genuinely feels like home. Its spacious, modern, airy, clean, and extremely close to the hospital and Saddle road, making trips around the island more convenient. We loved chillin on the lanai with our cat with our morning coffee or going for a walks to rainbow falls. This is the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys convenience and truly feeling at home.

Great Location

We found this house perfectly met our needs living in Hilo. It was a great location and close to the Hilo hospital and walking distance to the Hilo Medical Center where my wife was employed. Also, at the end of the street, we had the convenience of a neighborhood 7-Eleven store. The house was recently remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the quiet and safe neighborhood. The house also provided high speed internet enabling me to work remotely without any system interruptions. The owner, Wendy was supportive and very responsive with resolving any living issues there. We highly recommend this location.

Great propery in Hilo!

This house was perfect and offered everything one needs in Hawaii! Perfect location in Hilo and a quick drive to Hilo Medical Center. The house was fully stocked and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner did a great job with the remodeling and was always a phone call away for anything I needed. I highly recommend this property!

Newly Remodeled, clean and beautifully decorated

This house was a blessing. The location of the house is perfect for getting to hikes, or ocean, work and play. House was recently remodeled and very nicely furnished and stocked. I didnt need anything to move in and have what I needed for any cooking, cleaning and sleeping needs. The landlord Wendy was very helpful in setting the house up and letting me know spots to hit in the area. I rented the master bed room. It was beautifully decorated. When I moved out, I got my full deposit back. It was refreshing to have a good rental experience from start to finish :-)
