Fantastic property and location

Quiet, clean and safe condo. Beautiful complex including pool and hot tub - walking distance from hiking trails, and restaurants. Short drive (couple miles) to downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, and downtown Tempe. Located near major highways and interstates to travel anywhere in the valley. Property owner was super nice and welcoming, available for any and all questions. This condo is located in the best part of Phoenix, highly recommend anyone to stay here. The condo itself is large and updated, plenty of space to relax and lounge either inside or on the patio. Don't miss out on an opportunity to rent here!!

Great place to live!

Stayed here while on assignment in Mesa. The owner was super helpful and friendly, and the apartment is super cute and in a great location. The complex it is in was well kept, the neighbors were friendly, and it felt like a safe environment. Loved my time staying here!

Amazing place to stay!

If youre looking for a clean, conveniently located place to stay that is in a safe area and has an amazing owner, then you found it! The condo is fully furnished and in a nice community. Pretty quiet area. One assigned parking spot and the laundry room is two doors down. They have everything you could need provided. I would recommend to anyone!!
