Excellent place

Kathy is an amazing landlord she is very respectful and always there to lend a hand if needed.. this was a really good private place to stay at always got restful nights thank you!!

This was the best rental I have stayed in as a traveler. It is a private unit attached to the main house, wtih my own entrance. It comes with everything I need for me and my dog. The landlord was very kind to me and my dog. She was quick and responsive with all my messages and needs to ensure I had a good stay. The neighborhood is very safe and close to all the stores. I would reccomend this unit 10 out of 10.

Great property and host

The space is utilized very well- I stayed here for 3 months with a large black lab and never felt cramped. The kitchen includes everything you need (stove/oven/microwave), and there is plenty of space to clean and dry dishes. There is also an easy to use washing machine in the hallway. K is very pleasant as a host- she was quick to respond to messages, and was very kind to my pet. Safe neighborhood, and very private.

Awesome place to stay!

I loved staying here! K is an amazing landlord, she is incredibly nice and responsive. Its a wonderful apartment: very clean, had everything I needed, great neighborhood (quiet and safe.) 5min walk to a small park, and a 5 min drive to lots of stores.

Very comfortable

Landlord K, has been friendly, easy to talk to, concerned about how comfortable the room is for me. Internet is high speed, plenty of space for my belongings and a most comfortable bed to sleep on. No issues, no dramas. I'm looking forward to staying here again, next time I work in Santa Fe, NM.
