Great Place for Travelers!

If youre looking to try out living in Colorado this is a great place to land! I stayed here for the summer on a travel contract, and decided to make my move permanent. I ended my lease here since I had to clean out my old place back home and needed a new unfurnished spot. Justin was great to communicate with, easy to get a hold of, and made move in/move out seamless. All the stress of figuring out a cross country move was dissipated! He even offered to give me some more time if I needed it upon moving out. 10/10 landlord for sure! As far as the space, its perfect for what you need if youre here temporarily. My dogs loved it, enjoyed the dog park and just the ability to lay in the grass since they came from an east coast city. The place is spacious, clean when I arrived, and had everything I needed. Just brought my clothes and supplies! Smart TV was great to have also.

Safe Neighborhood

Cute condo in a nice community. The landlord was very accommodating and responsive. Its close to many things to do and I enjoyed my time there !

AMAZING Place & Owner

This place was perfect for us! It is a quiet neighborhood with everything near it. The unit is fantastic. The couch is super comfortable, the bed is comfortable, and having the laundry in the unit makes it desirable. Aside from the unit, the owner, J, is the best. He truly made our stay easy. He is very responsive, caring, and cordial. I highly recommend this place to anyone working in the area!
