AWESOME AWESOME and more AWESOME

We cannot say enough great things about this condo! Lisa and Sheryl are truly two unique ladies who care about their tenants, their home and go above and beyond to ensure the condo meets your expectations. We originally took the rental for 3 months after moving from FL to NC to find our forever home. It took us an additional 3 months and Lisa and Sheryl did everything to accommodate our needs to meet a June closing date. We did not want to leave their home! it's in a great location to get to downtown or Wilmington or the beaches. You can walk to the grocery store (Food Lion) and the area is conducive to walking without any safety concerns. The apartment has an alarm and a cute patio to sit outside with your morning coffee. The condo is immaculate and would work well for families too! ... if we didn't find our dream home we would probably still be there!

Truly a home away from home

I highly recommend this apt. L & S Von Cooper set it up beautifully.I was their first tenant, & THEY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING - from your kitchen needs to small flashlights in every corner in case of a power outage. L was always just a text or email away. The place is immaculate & thoughtfully designed, especially for those who love a beachy vibe.The place looks exactly like the photos.Everything is brand new, & they installed an ADT alarm system, which made my stay even more comfortable. For a working professional who is looking for a place that feels more like home than a temporary residence, this place is for you.They have put the apartment together with absolute heart & soul.I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great for families too. There are cute bunnies and a resident green tree frog that like to hang around the property, which tickled my 8-year-old.So if you stay here and a little green tree frog makes residence on the front porch light, its name is LEAF.
