The space is extremely comfortable. We have all the appliances you will need for cooking. For longer-term rentals we only rent to one person. We have a perfect five star review on Airbnb, but are looking for somebody that stays more than a few days. You have full access to the washer and dryer in the garage and will be given a code upon move in.
Neighborhood overview
Neighborhood is in county limits, there are sidewalks but no street lights which makes for a nice view of the stars at night. We lots of areas to walk and are close to grocery stores and restaurants.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, grocery stores are close by, beaches within 20 minutes and the space was clean and very well kept. Additionally, Robyn is a very thoughtful and considerate host. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to another traveling professional.
