Excellent choice in Desert Shores

Joonho is an excellent landlord: very responsive, easy to work with, reasonable and flexible. This cute little home in the Desert Shores community has plenty of sunshine, is well maintained, and is just a short walk to two of the many lakes that make this such a serene and beautiful neighborhood to live in. The yard is small, but adequate (I have a large 50lb dog). The length of my stay was uncertain as I was, unfortunately, going through the early stages of a divorce. However, Joonho worked with me to ensure we had a situation that met both of our needs. Ultimately, I ended up staying 5 months. It was a lovely stay with plenty of fond memories. Great house, neighborhood, and landlord.
