R and A are the best roommates anyone could ask for!!! R put together a list of grocery stores, favorite restaurants, and hikes around the neighborhood. It was very helpful. R and A gave me my space, but included me in things. I was invited to join them in doing different activities (Board game night & roller derby ). What made me feel so at home was when they hung up a Christmas stocking for me. If I hadn't gotten injured, I would still be there. They went above and beyond helping me deal with my injury. Bringing me water, ice packs, and checking in on me. I am truly grateful. I will definitely stay with them again, given the opportunity.

Best spot in Everett

I was very happy to find this place! The owners are great! They provide with space for food in the fridge and pantry and you have a drawer and cabinet space in the bathroom. The room is spacious and there were plenty of drawers for my clothes and work items. Everyone in the house is friendly and I felt comfortable hanging in the shared spaces. I especially loved the trails behind the house. The neighborhood is quiet and I was able to park right in front of the house. I was able to get to work (Prov-Everett) in 12-15 min and there are plenty of grocery stores on the route home, including Costco! If you need a place in Everett, I highly recommend this spot! I wish I would have found it sooner!

Easy, homey, classy, convenient, clean, private, and the warmest hosts possible!

I think anyone staying here would agree: It is one lucky find! The place itself, the location, and the owners all contribute. (Plus the A/C was a huge relief/comfort b/c I was there in August) The bedroom is wonderful, with a great closet, two bureaus, nice big tv, room darkening shades. Bathroom is clean and roomy, and only shared with one other very considerate tenant. Theres a kitchen to-die-for, a yard with a sweet backyard and tall, lovely shade trees. Inside, there are more spacious, gorgeous, and welcoming rooms in the house than I ever even needed! The location is excellent. Took a lot of happy walks on the paths with my pooch. The owners are just great people. Funny, intelligent and respectful of privacy. They will make you comfortable, and glad you picked this as your home. I cannot recommend this situation enough!
