Awesome!

I had a wonderful stay at this large basement apartment in Canton, just minutes from Woodstock. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for my needs. What really made the experience stand out was the host, Bo, who was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, doctors, and hospitals, yet still quiet enough to relax. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay! I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious living

Apartment was great! Spacious living room and bedroom. Right off major highway, easy commute to work and to venture into Atlanta. Bo, was great and my dog loved the backyard and playing with his dogs! Would stay here again

Good first time stay

It was mostly a positive experience. The neighborhood is excellent! Clean, beautiful and stores conveniently close as well as the expressway. The unit is very big and the yard is beautiful with a lovely pool. The unit wasn't as clean as it should have been when I moved in, I have verizon and the reception was not good during my stay-maybe there was a temporary network issue. Dogs are so lovely but since I work from home, I heard a lot of howling and barking during the day but landlord made a few adjustments that helped, after it was addressed. Landlord was receptive and communications were ok. I think this place will work great for most people.

Beautiful, Safe Neighborhood. Great location

Last fall, I moved up from Miami to the Atlanta area. I was looking for a home to buy, and needed a place to rent in the meantime. I was expecting to only stay for three months, but with the housing market being as competitive as it is, I end up staying for nine months! Bo was very friendly and accommodating with a few special requests that I had. The basement apt is very large with plenty of windows so you can always look outside and see the beautiful trees. The saltwater pool is well maintained and very relaxing. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful, Spacious, Tranquil Basement

First of all, the home is exactly like the pictures, his basement was bigger than my apartment back home! B is very attentive, quiet, clean, and communicates quickly if you have any questions or concerns. He also has two beautiful dogs so if you miss your pup back home you can always play with his husky or mutt. The neighborhood is family oriented, safe, and huge. Perfect for running or biking, as a lone female I would workout at night and felt safe!!! There are volleyball sand courts, basketball courts, etc. The drive to my hospital Piedmont Cartersville was 35 mins back country road, only sketchy at night due to deer if you are working midshift and leaving at 3am but that is pretty much all GA back roads. I would 100% stay again!!!

Great place on the outskirts of Atlanta. Very safe neighborhood, convenient to stores, and easily accessible to the highway. Mr. B was a GREAT host and handled all of my concerns very quickly!
