Centralized, Comfortable, Relaxing

The title are the first three words that come to mind when thinking about this property. It was an amazing experience multiple reasons. First, property manager was quick to respond to any and all questions I had. Whether it was asking how to work the A/C or recommendation on local places to go always was ready with an answer. Secondly, I love how hidden the place is. I feel like Im in my own world there with every amenities I could possibly need. It was like a vacation in the middle of LA! 12/10 loved this place and would 100% comeback.

Did what I needed it to do

Cute little rear house with a great kitchen and all of the appliances, except for a dishwasher, which wasn't a problem. Great property owners with fast communication! Would stay here again. The gated parking was perfect, but it may be tight if you have a larger car (truck or van). Overall review 10/10

Beautiful Private LA Cottage

As a graduate student who was conducting research at USC during the summer I wanted a place that was quiet, private, and clean. B and her property were truly exceptional! I was given a tour of the cottage upon my arrival and it was the perfect fit for my month stay. The respect, courtesy, and friendliness that B gave me during my stay as well as the property being tidy and having everything I needed is what I believe sets it apart from the other options I had. It is perfect for a single person but big enough for additional people. The property is well maintained inside and out it and exudes a home away from home! I also enjoyed staying very close to campus and the ability to park my car in an enclosed private area right next to the cottage. I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I am in the area. Highly recommended!
