Amazing condo

Wonderful condo. Perfect for the traveling professional. It had absolutely everything. From a printer to a fully stocked cleaning closet. The kitchen has everything one would need to make just about anything. So this is perfect if you love to cook. Which I do. Great location with the convenience of also having parking which is so rare! Communication with landlord was very responsive, clear, very helpful, and straight forward. I will definitely keep this little gem in mind when I come back to Portland

Old Port Condo

I was extremely fortunate to find Stu's condo in Portland, Maine. I work as a traveling PA and initially reserved the condo for three months but extended my stay to over a year. As a traveling healthcare provider, amenities like in-unit washer/dryer, comfortable bed and blackout curtains are non-negotiables. This condo contained all that and more including a fully stocked kitchen, two smart TVs (including one in the bedroom), a beverage fridge and central air (rare in Portland!). The place is immaculate and safe. Moving in and out was extra easy due to the building's elevator. Off street parking was a lifesaver and saved me from the headache of Portland's well-known winter parking bans. The location cannot be beat and is walking distance to the pier, vibrant shopping and top rated bars/restaurants. On top of all of the above, Stu was an exceptional landlord and answered any questions I had promptly. I felt genuinely sad to leave. Future renters are lucky with this rare find!

Beautiful condo in Portland

I lived in the old port condo while on a travel nurse contract in Portland, ME. The space was perfect for me and my boyfriend. We loved the layout of the kitchen and living room, the in unit laundry was wonderful, and bedroom was cozy and has lots of storage. The space was clean, furnished, and ready for us to move in. The location is close to downtown and right up the road from Beckys Diner, a Portland staple. The parking was great too. Stu was very easy to connect with and answered our questions promptly. He and his wife are great and will have everything ready for you to move in. We had a great experience and definitely recommend staying here!

Outstanding Location, Immaculate Unit

This apartment is an outstanding option for a short-medium term stay in Portland. I lived here for 3 months with my partner in 2022 and we absolutely loved the location and the unit. The apartment is clean, well furnished, and well kept. The parking is super easy, walking to Old Port and Congress is a delight, and you can easily get to 295/95 to go up and down the coast. On top of that, the unit has everything you need in the kitchen and bedroom AND Stu is an outstanding, communicative landlord. We had no problems whatsoever and would live here again in a heartbeat to enjoy life on the Peninsula.

Great stay close to everything

This place is great, private off-street parking was amazing. 4 minute drive to the hospital, and walkable to almost everything in Portland. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. Cannot go wrong, would stay again!
