Great place, great neighborhood!

The apartment was very nice and well-furnished. It came with everything we needed for our stay, including kitchen supplies, small appliances, sheets, towels, and even some games. The sunroom quickly became our favorite spot as it added plenty of natural light and functional space to the apartment. It even has a fold-out couch bed for overnight guests. The building has quick elevators, convenient parking, a nice pool, and a basic fitness center that we had full access to. We also really loved the neighborhood. The metro is just a minute's walk, and there are plenty of restaurants, plus a lovely park, all within walking distance. Kezia is also great. She was very polite and respectful. She always responded quickly and made sure that we had plenty of information about the apartment. She was very communicative with her expectations about the security deposit, which she returned with no issue. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone looking in the area!

Classy and Convenient

K's place is a dream come true! Its in a really great, safe location close to everything. The building has great amenities. Her apartment is so well stocked with everything you could think of. Communication was always clear and easy. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great Location

I stayed at this property for a 4-month contract at Georgetown University Hospital. Its in a great location, a safe, clean building. This is just a few minutes walk to the Metro and tons of restaurants. The neighbor is very safe, dog and family-friendly. The owner keeps the apartment very organized and well cared for. She has every appliance you would need, although I do bring my own while traveling so I can't vouch if they work well. There are plenty of dishes, towels, linens, pillows, etc and there's even a wine fridge, which I very much appreciated :) The full-size bed was soft but comfortable for 1 adult. There's also an assigned garage spot - which is totally needed if you do have a car with you. The gym was clean & well-maintained as well. If you are a travel nurse you will appreciate this safe, clean, apartment with the beautiful view of city lights, when you return after a day of hustling the city-life.
