Home away from home

My family and I spent six months in this home, which is centrally located in an amazing area that is close to great restaurants, shopping, and Martha Lake. Its a quick drive to interstate 5 for anyone needing to commute south towards Seattle or north towards Everett. The unit is well equipped with plenty of kitchen gadgets, and the bedrooms are cozy. We appreciated the time that Evan allowed us to spend at his rental home while we were househunting and trying to get reestablished and beautiful Washington State.

comfortable home

We stayed here during our relocation back to the area. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well equipped and we appreciated the comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. The location was good for us in terms of commuting and access to good supermarkets. There are parks nearby and a nice walking trail too. We would gladly stay here again and we recommend the property highly.

Bothell Mill Creek Home

This house was great. Everything is as pictured and we didnt have any issues, area is safe and easy access to the highway. Also has everything youll need as far as linens, utensils, cookwares, etc. However, Im giving 2 stars because the landlord required a pretty high security deposit and then kept it with no explanation why and just stopped replying. Thats just irritating to me, especially since I am sometimes needing to place security deposits 3x a year as a traveler. So just beware.
