Modern 2-Bedroom with Spacious Gourmet Kitchen

Nice little place

I stayed here for 3 months during a nursing contract. It was a small place but perfect for me and my two little cats during my stay. Grace was really helpful and always nearby if needed for anything. I would recommend!

Do not stay here

DO NOT STAY HERE. This property was filthy and not professionally cleaned. Almost every room in the home was dirty. The kitchen smelled awful, I figured out it was from moldy food left in a cupboard, the kitchen was also very dusty. The shower had hair all over the walls. The couch in the master bedroom was covered in crumbs and had nails in between the cushions. The only clean room in the home was the guest bedroom. G did offer to re clean" the home but I no longer wanted to live in those conditions. I was also supposed to park in the driveway, one evening when I arrived a car was parked in the driveway so I didn't even feel safe entering the home. And lastly, her description states there is a living area; that is not accurate. There's a kitchen and two bedrooms, no living area or living room. I lost over $2400 as she would not refund me. Don't make my mistake, do not book here.

Great find

This was a great find. I was desperate after having a terrible experience at a local hotel I was staying at and the property owner G was so kind let me move in right away, she was very flexible with the payments and made everything very easy. This property has all almost all comforts of home which was great especially after travel cross country, it was newly refurbished And had pretty much everything that I needed and the few things were missing that I needed G was nice enough to reimburse me for. They were only minor problems with the cooktop not working and the front lock getting jammed but G was on top of any issues that I had and made sure to replace the cooktop the same day and had a technician out the next day to fix the door problem, shes very responsive to text messages and takes care of things right away. I stayed here with my small dog and it was ideal because it has a private backyard and a private entrance from main house. I highly recommend this studio.
