Wonderful stay

The house and yard is beautiful, well kept, and clean. Quiet home on a residential street with a lovely view, yet still close to many hot spots on the East Side. Irini is an exceptional host who is welcoming and very responsive to any needs or questions you may have. I stayed here for one year until my contract was up at USC. Super close and easy to get to hospital by car or public transportation. 5+ stars!!!

Beautiful Place in LA

As a medical student, I had the privilege of staying at Irini's beautifully furnished residence in Los Angeles. Irini extended a warm welcome upon my arrival, acquainting me with her property and offering valuable insights about the neighborhood, including nearby grocery stores and amenities. My stay in LA was greatly enriched by the comfort and convenience that her home provided. I enjoyed the close proximity to LAC+USC, where I was completing my rotation. The commute to and from the hospital was short and traffic/hassle-free, allowing me to focus on my studies and clinical duties. About a < 5-minute drive. The property itself was impeccably maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. My bedroom exceeded expectations, offering ample space and a cozy haven featuring a comfortable bed, a well-placed chair, and a functional deska perfect setup for studying. One of the notable perks was having access to my own designated parking spot, which added to the convenience and peace of mind!

My recent stay here was nothing short of exceptional. I was captivated by the breathtaking views. The convenience of multiple public transit options nearby made exploring the city a breeze. Moreover, its close proximity to LAC+USC hospital was a major advantage, providing a stress-free commute. One of the standout features of the accommodation was the impeccable cleanliness. The well-maintained space exuded a warm and welcoming ambiance, ensuring a homely experience throughout my stay. Lastly, the food and rich culture of the neighborhood added to the overall charm. I highly recommend this furnished bedroom to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Great place to stay

This was a great 4 star rental for me during my stay...Clean, peaceful, quiet environment. Although Street was very narrow and clogged up with parked cars on side of street, I enjoyed complimentary parking on the drive way. Security cameras looking over the driveway/street as well as the shared entrance was always a plus that gave me a sense of safety. Would highly recommend. Peace and love!
