Dan is great!

Dan is a great landlord during my stay. He is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The house is always clean and comfortable, and he always handled questions professionally. I especially appreciated how respectful and understanding he was throughout my stay. Roommates are all good and friendly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend renting from him.

I stayed in Dans home for about 4 months. This is a well-appointed home with respectful housemates, privacy, convenience, and a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Youre a 5 minute walk to the Badger Mountain trailhead, and can find your coffee and groceries just down the hill. The garage, ev charging, and private patio are amazing bonuses. Seriously, this place has it all highly recommended.
