Location, Location, Location

This house is unique, the room is spacious, and the neighbourhood comes with a peacock (a bonus for urban wildlife lovers like myself). The location is hard to beat, especially if you are looking for a quiet street with quick/easy access to the freeway going in virtually any direction. Everything is close by, or at least fairly easy to get to from here. As a host, Betsy is accommodating and kind, checking in often to assure that my stay was comfortable. Her presence in the house also meant that any issues (like fixes or whatever) were addressed immediately. I enjoyed my 6-month stay here and highly recommend the room.

LOVEDDD MY TIME HERE

I really loved my stay here while I shopped for apartments and started a new job here in CA. I was the very first tenant in her ADU, and she did such a great job in designing a beautiful place and meticulously planning smart and efficient furnishings to make the stay well worth your while. I would definitely stay at her property again. Added bonus, the owner B is such a warm and open person to encounter. You will love it here.

Perfect place to stay!

Could not ask for a more perfect place to stay! Tons of natural lighting throughout the house, beautiful bathroom, super comfy bed, huge closet in the bedroom, and 2 precious little dogs to love! Huge kitchen available for use, washer and dryer, and parking in the driveway! As a travel nurse of 3 years, this is easily the best place Ive ever stayed and had everything I needed. Betsy is very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, and offered everything and anything I might need. Shes a fantastic host, and honestly became a lifelong friend of mine! After living here for almost 6 months, its difficult to leave. I cant say enough positive things about this place! 10/10 best place youll find to stay!

Good Stay!

Comfortable stay. Only downside was the bathroom was NOT private. More-so semi-private. Close to the 405 highway, grocery stores, restaurants and the mall. B is very kind and will ensure you have a good stay. You have access to the kitchen, laundry and outside gym (when the weather permits). There is ample storage in the room.

Great Find

The room was spacious and bright. TV, comfortable bed, big closet. Great haven for rest. The owner made me feel comfortable and could ask for whatever I needed. When Show head broke, fixed within hours. The yards are peaceful and great place to hangout. All updated. Really enjoyed my stay.
